Anyone know what might be preventing completion of BA booking?
Been trying all morning to book flights; get all way to Payment stage,
proceeds to CC company payment validation, then immediately puts up a
screen with:
- 3 small pictures in middle
- The text: "We put security first, online and in ghe air. Thank you
for waiting"
- A whirling asterisk-like icon
then nothing happens, for at least 30 minutes! No confirmation of
booking,
although they did send an email providing link to the booking to help try
again.
Tried several times.
Telephone call to Help numbers give recorded message saying "Our system
is busy..."
Any advice on how to to complete the booking would be very welcome..
(Try middle of night, perhaps?) :-)
